Anatolian Essentials Bundle

I picked up the Anatolian Essentials Bundle to try some new flavors and it's been a great addition to my kitchen. I recently made baba ganoush and used the sumac and a little Urfa biber in it, and it turned out so good. The sumac added a nice brightness and the Urfa gave it a subtle smoky heat. Everything tastes really fresh and better than the spices I usually buy locally.

I bought the Anatolian Essentials Bundle mainly to try the Aleppo pepper, and I'm glad I did. I used it in a shrimp scampi pasta instead of regular red pepper flakes, and it added just the right amount of heat with a deeper flavor. I've also been using the sumac on salads.
