Where are Cybele’s Harvest spices sourced from?

All of our spices come directly from small farms across Turkey, in regions like Kahramanmaraş, Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, and the Aegean coast. These areas are known for their rich soil and traditional growing methods that create bold, authentic flavors.

How are your spices processed?

Our spices are naturally sun-dried and gently processed to retain their essential oils and natural aroma. We never use artificial additives, preservatives, or colors.

How should I store my spices?

Store your spices in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and humidity. The kraft tubes we use are designed to protect flavor and freshness, so make sure to keep them tightly sealed after each use.

Are your spices natural and free from additives?

Yes. All Cybele’s Harvest products are 100% natural, non-irradiated, and free from fillers or anti-caking agents. Our focus is on purity, freshness, and traceability from farm to kitchen.

How long do Cybele’s Harvest spices stay fresh?

When stored properly, our spices stay at peak flavor for 18 to 24 months. Whole herbs and dried leaves may last a bit longer, while ground or crushed spices are best enjoyed within a year after being opened.

Do your spices come in recyclable packaging?

Yes. We use recyclable kraft cylinders with food-safe linings and tamper-evident seals. Our goal is to share the flavors of Anatolia while keeping our environmental footprint small.

Shipping and Returns FAQs

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after they are received. Shipping times may vary based on order volume, product availability, or carrier conditions.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@cybeles-harvest.com with your order number and the correct address.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love every spice you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Because our products are food items, we do not accept physical returns, but we handle refunds and replacements quickly and fairly depending on the situation:

Shipment Error or Damaged in Transit

  • No return required.
  • We’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately.
  • Please save image evidence of the damaged or incorrect items and share it with us by email so we can improve our process.

Quality or Flavor Issue

  • No return required.
  • We’ll offer a store credit or one-time refund after reviewing your feedback.
  • Please include a brief description or photo so we can trace the batch and address any quality issues with our producers.

How do I request a return or replacement?

Simply email contact@cybeles-harvest.com with your order number, issue type (e.g., damaged, missing, quality concern), and any photos if applicable. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours to resolve it.

How long do refunds take to process?

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days once approved. Store credits are issued immediately for use on future purchases.

Can I ship internationally?

At this time, Cybele’s Harvest ships only within the United States. International shipping options will be added in the future as we expand distribution.
