Ingredients

For the Kebabs

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (85% lean)
  • 1 large red pepper, very finely diced
  • 1.5 tsp Cybele's Harvest Aleppo Pepper (Hot or Medium)

  • 1.5 tsp salt

For the Grilled Vegetables

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Herby Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Cybele's Harvest Mediterranean Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

For Serving

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Extra parsley for garnish

    Prepare the Meat MixtureIn a large bowl, combine ground beef, finely diced red pepper, Aleppo Pepper, Urfa Biber, and salt. Mix gently until evenly combined.

    Shape the KebabsLightly wet your hands and shape the mixture into a long, flattened meat shape on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Score into long thin kebab shapes, 2–3 inches wide.

    Prepare the VegetablesPlace tomatoes and green peppers on the sheet pan alongside the kebabs. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
